Gates Underwater Products has announced their housing for the Canon EOS C300 Mark II camera. It is lightweight and compact and offers support for both EF and PL mount Canon lenses. The housing utilizes Gates’s Port system and is supplied with a housing for the Transvideo StarliteHD OLED field monitor.

The Gates housing for the C300 Mark II will be available from April, prices at $13,280.

A close fit to the Canon EOS C300 MKII camera, the Gates C300 MKII Housing is distinctively designed as a lightweight, portable and travel-friendly underwater system and contains many recognizable Gates cinema-caliber features:

The Starlite ST5 professional features include a 5” widescreen 1920 x 1080 OLED display, various focus / exposure tools assignable to “Smart Corners”, H.264 proxies recording to SD cards, robust SDI camera interface, and ultra light weight. Other Gates External Monitors are also compatible with the C300 MKII Housing like the TVL55 and EM43.
