Zillion has just released its underwater housing for the Canon 5D Mk II digital SLR. The housing can be configured with two grip styles (traditional and hanging), and features both optical and wired (optional) bulkheads for strobe sync.
The housing is made of ABS plastic and has a suggested retail price of ¥280,000 for the traditional grip model (around $2,870). At the moment, the only way to get the Zillion housing outside of Japan, Korea and Thailand is by contacting Aquaforum. Continue reading for photos of the housing. [via Tony Wu / FiNS]

Comment(s):Am i missing something? How does a 5D Mark 2 trigger optical strobes? I thought the 5D mark 2 has no internal flash?

I know they exist; I seem to remember that INON had one, but that it was blocked from US sale because of patent issues with Light & Motion.

Built-in converter. I’ve been using the same technology for years with my 5Ds in Zillion housings. Haven’t touched a sync cord in ages
