Peter Mooney at Scubapix Underwater Imaging is looking for an experienced person to look after the day-to-day affairs of their tourism-based imaging department in Cairns, Australia. If you or someone you know might be interested in the position, continue reading for the full job description.
The position is for an experienced person to look after the day to day affairs of our busy tourism based imaging department. The ideal candidate will be a self motivated fully certified UW photo & video nut. Getting wet and shooting images everyday is a core part of this role. Your hands on enthusiasm will be rewarded - get the things done and spoils will come!
You will manage and oversee a team of 8-10 people and will report directly to the owner who is keen to return to a busy schedule in the field.
You will have broad experience in underwater imaging and have good general knowledge of current equipment and be able to offer training, support and service as required.
THIS POSITION IS FOR AN UP AND COMING IMAGING PROFESSIONAL - not a DM or Instructor who takes a few photos on the weekends.
A full support facility in terms of computers and software are in place waiting for you to put your stamp on them.
An immediate start is available for the correct person.
Based in Cairns, Queensland, Australia
A guide on salary: $37000 - $40000 plus bonus
