Robert Aston at The Manta Network was showing off a a new underwater ip camera that is rated down to 250 feet (deep water model).  By using above-water wireless transmitters, a camera’s video feed can be sent as far as three miles without the use of cables.  The underwater ip camera is manufactured by Ocean Presence Technologies.
