Full Version: Gel filters on Nikon 16mm fisheye

I'm considering buying this lens online; no local samples are available.

In the images/info I've seen, the back end of the Nikon 16mm fisheye lens appears to be a bit different from other lenses I have with rear gelatin slots ... it sports those weird circular filters that are included with the lens. Is it possible/not too fussy to use (wratten) gel filters with this lens?

Thanks for any help.

All the best,
Chris

Very easy. Just cut gel into a circle and drop it into one of the circular filters.
Curved nail scissors are good for cutting filters into circles.
