I see where digideep says that Oly is going to build a polycarbonate housing for their E-300 dSLR. Seeing how they made a flat port for the 8080 that didn't inspire confidence I think you would want to wait to see if they come up with a decent dome port for their housing.

More promising digideep says that UK-Germany will develop a housing for this camera as well.

I saw pictures of a design sample and had a chat with people from Olympus. They said that there will be a port system and possibly domes.
They said, that the designer of the new housing even had a few dive lessons to be able to watch an UW photographer in action! it'll be a good housing, I'm sure ;-) It seems that Olympus is reconsidering the design goals "cheap" and "mostly dry camera".
UK-Germany has already shown in the past that they are able to house a number of cameras (up to a Sinar Digital) so I think it'll be the better choice in the long run. Even if it's a bit more expensive.

Olympus released the news of their housing on the 17th Feb 2005 at OlympusAmerica.com

And as Ike pointed out they had a housing for it very much in advance of olympus it's funny how people clammer over the PT housings though .. i think people find them pretty to be honest, the new red colour and all.
Might just be me .. i like red.

I should have mentioned the Ike housing as well. They inspire me a lot more than the PT housings. I examined their new D70 housing and really liked it. Seemed as they scaled up the CP 5000 housing which I liked a lot. Of course they also have a set of ports already available. Also eTTL.
