Really enjoy my AD100 housing but the control for the "sub command wheel" that adjust shutter speed will no longer come in contact with the camera. Was stuck on a dive shooting natural light and could not adjust ss. So now have wrapped the wheel in the housing in black tape and it works. I assume there is a replacement part but several emails to Aquatica have gone unanswered, I know they are swamped. Anyone know where I can pick a new wheel up? Is this something I can replace? (housing is still under warrenty) Anybody using this housing have the same prob? How did you fix it?

Problem could also be positioning of the camera in the housing. Can you push the camera a little bit, then snug down the tripod screw? If not, then you may need a larger rubber bushing on that wheel.
Believe it or not, all cameras are not exactly the same. I found this out when I got my second S2pro.

Really played with the camera to get it to work, but once you ad in focus gears etc... there are only so much you can do. The rubber wheel needs to be replaced, emails to Aquatica don't seem to work think I will just have to call.

Could you wrap an elastic band around the circumference of the wheel. Pretty much the same solution as black tape! Alex

I respectfully suggest a phone call to Aquatica. Ask for Norma... after BTS please as she is probably overwhelmed by the show preparation and all the new stuff the company is brigning to the market.
Aquatica phone number: 514 737-9481
