anyone know if the 1GB 14x Toshiba/Dane-Elec Compact Flash will work with the S2

I have heard negative reports about Dane-Elec cards, but not that one in particular.

Turns out, I will be making a trip to Seoul Korea soon after I arrive in Japan. I will go to the "computer" district and buy a bunch of the Transend cards ( made in Korea ). Korea is a major producer of memory chips and in the past I have saved up to 50% off the best price offered by any other source. I will take a copy of the compatibility chart you provided the link to.
