Hey, guys! Welcome to the new Wetpixel.com. We've been working really hard to get this new site up. The Reviews have all been migrated over, but we still have to get the Features moved.

Look around, and let me know what you think! The forum software we've moved is definitely not as good as Invision is, but it integrates nicely into our new content management system, which will make the community stronger overall over time. Please bear with us. I'll be upgrading as the forum software improves! And we'll get used to the new look over time.

Please make sure your profile is accurate. You will have to upload a new avatar. To use your old avatar, you can right-click on your old avatar in the old forums (if you can still access it). Copy the image location, and paste it into the "Upload Avatar from a URL:" field in your forum Profile.

It's been hard even for me to adjust to the feel of this new forum so far, especially because there is less horizontal real estate for the actual forum area.

Let's try to give it some time to settle in.

By the way, I posted an announcement in the old forums that the content as of 4pm, PST Jan 24, 2004 was frozen for the migration. But many of you ignored me and kept posting anyway, so a few posts were lost. Sorry!

Well, I'll give it some time to get used to it, as you suggest.

Initially, I am bothered by how far down the page the threads start. There is a huge amount of valuable screen area being used up the top.

Given that we were all snide (well, some of us anyway :wink: ) about Luminous Landscape requiring you to scroll down a long way to find the content, it looks like we may be moving in to a glass house...

Eric is not through skinning the forums yet. Hopefully this will get better.
