Cannot give out too many details on my last GIG but there is nothing like using a helicopter to spot the Big Old Floppy Whale Sharks biggrin.gif

Helicopters add an aura of serious professionalism to whatever they are involved in. I like helicopters smile.gif

Looks like this years 'must have' accessory then.

Just down to who is properly 'seriously professional' and has the sufficiently stuffed wallet to pony up for one - Eric obviously, Alex maybe and it seems Wagsy for sure.

Enjoy it wags - I am only envious!

Can I please carry your camera?

now a shot of a whale shark from the heli would be impressive... <hint hint> wink.gif

any underwater shots of the helicopter? tongue.gif

How about a photo from below with the whale shark passing, and someone above, hanging upside down with legs looped around the helicopter landing strut...and the heli. low enough to have them partially in the water taking photos of the shark?

The calm ocean required to keep the heli from being underwater would also allow the heli to be in the photo.

I can only dream of having a helicopter available so if I am gonna dream...
