Hi!

UK-GERMANY announces three new housings for Olympus E-System cameras. The outer housing actually is the same for all three cameras (E-400 and E-410 are identical in buttons and dials, E-510 differs). The only differences are a couple of small parts (buttons, levers).

All vital functions are accessible. There's no access to the program dial and main switch. This isn't a big drawback as different program modes may be pre-set with user configurations along with other scene settings for e.g. WA or Macro shots.
Accessories: ports fot the whole range of ZUIKO and Sigma lenses available for the Olympus E-System (custom ports or step rings on request). LiveView, Galileo finder, 45° angle finder.

The housings will be offered in a light (minimal configuration, low priced) and in a pro version.

Hi Helge,

I will be interested to see the finished housing and the new E-Pro housing which I am sure UK will get off the ground this time. This will be the first housing to offer the enlarged finder. I hope that UK will consider an adapter ring for the current ports from Olympus, Athena and others that are coming.
