Just phenomenal. Great pics, nice report. I think those are some of the the closest pics I've seen of scalloped hammerheads. I have to plan a trip; taking off two weeks is tough.

Thanks for the detailed report!
I'm going at end of August. Only 4 months but 4 months too long to wait!
The more I hear about it the more pumped up I get.
Cheers

Ken, once again nice report. Now I'm really looking fwd to our trip on the Okeanos Aggressor this summer.
Got a quick question. I noticed that you booked your flights via houston instead of flying direct from LAX. Was this to avoid TACAS, lack of flight availability, or due to better fares? Just curious as a group of us flying in from Asia are trying to figure out if we should transit in LAX or another location.

I'm going back to the Cocos in Aug, 08 for my 10th trip there. It is absolutely my favorite place to dive and I always love the crew on the Okeanos, they have become family. Say hi to Winston for me. If anyone wants to join me there next year, just let me know.

Nice stuff, Ken. Cocos is on my laundry list of places to go before I turn...get too old.
Hows things?
