The Visions in the Sea Summer Series is a UK wide set of weekends designed to both inspire you and get you into the water for some underwater photography. There will be 6 weekends throughout the” warm and sunny” summer months. Each weekend will have at least one resident professional underwater photographer to guide you and offer advice, as well as offering an evening lecture and a chance to chat to your fellow enthusiasts over some drinks and a meal. Our Sponsors will also be on hand on each of the weekends to give you information on their diving equipment and even let you try some of their products in the water.

Each weekend workshop will comprise morning briefings on what to aim for photographically as well as a dive briefing for the area, 1:1 reviews of your photos with the onsite pro, 2 dives per day and an evening lecture on the Saturday evening along with dinner and drinks. We will be covering a large area both geographically and photographically with weekends aimed at those keen on wrecks, larger UK animals such as seals and basking sharks, wide angle and macro, boat and shore diving, inland and coastal, from the north-east to the south-west. We will even be organising some 5 metre pool sessions to focus on commercial and model photography. Participants on each weekend will be able to submit their best photos, taken during the weekend, and 2 winners will be chosen by the photographer overseeing the weekend.
