Wetpixel Ultimate French Polynesia
Join Wetpixel on our trip to French Polynesia to dive with huge schools of gray reef sharks (Carcharhinus amblyrhynchos) and the annual marbled or camouflaged grouper (Epinephelus polyphekadion) spawning aggregation for which its atolls are famous.

We have a few spaces left on our trip to Cat Island, Bahamas to dive and photograph the amazing oceanic whitetip sharks (Carcharhinus longimanus) that are resident there from March through June. The trip dates are from the 12 to 18 April 2015. Please email Adam if you are interested
Last space: Wetpixel Tiger sharks 2015
We have one space available for the Wetpixel Ultimate Tiger Sharks expedition. The trip, based in Freeport, Grand Bahama, runs from 03 to 10 January 2015, and will feature 5 days of diving and photographing the amazing population of tiger sharks (Galeocerdo cuvier) which are resident at Tiger Beach at this time of year. The trip is land based, and we will be hosted by Epic Diving with the trip leader being Wetpixel Editor, Adam Hanlon.

Wetpixel Oceanic Whitetips 2015
Wetpixel will be visiting Cat Island, Bahamas in 2015 to photograph, film and interact with the amazing oceanic whitetip sharks (Carcharhinus longimanus) that are in the area during May and April. The trip will run from 12-18 April and we will be hosted by Epic Diving, who are well known for providing amazing, reliable and safe interactions with these amazing animals.

Trip thread for Wetpixel Lembeh Macro Workshop
Wetpixel’s Lembeh Macro Workshop is about to kick off at Lembeh Resort. 31 Photographers from around the world are gathering to experience 10 days of tuition into the “dark” art of macro photography delivered by Wetpixel Associate Editor Alex Mustard around the iconic dive sites of the world capital of muck diving, Lembeh Straits. The event starts on Saturday, and Wetpixel Editor, Adam Hanlon is also on hand to support Alex, and to give you “live” commentary over on the trip’s thread on the forum.

Wishing everyone a very happy Whale Shark Day! August 30th is International Whale Shark Day (Día del Tiburon Ballena), so declared in 2008 during the International Whale Shark Conference.
Now available: Wetpixel Whale sharks 2014
We have now finalized our plans for our Wetpixel Whale Shark trips for 2014. The dates of the trips are 26 July to 1 August followed by 1 to 7 August. They will be based on the island of Isla Mujeres, Mexico, which is a short ferry ride from Cancun. The annual whale shark ((Rhincodon typus) aggregation that occurs here is quite simply one of the most amazing spectacles in the oceans and if you haven’t been yet, you really should!
