Panasonic Announces LUMIX GH6

Panasonic has announced the long-awaited LUMIX DC-GH6 micro four-thirds mirrorless camera. It offers ProRes 422 HQ and 422 internal recording and 5.7K at ups to 60p or unlimited UHD 10-Bit 4:2:0 at 120fps. The sensor is 25MP with a native ISO range of 100-25600 via a new Venus image processor. Forthcoming firmware updates will allow for direct recording to SSD via USB and HDMI out at 2.1 standards.

Panasonic has announced details of the Lumix GH5 Mark 2. It offers The LUMIX GH5M2 achieves C4K/4K 60p 4:2:0 10-bit unlimited video recording and can simultaneously output 4K 4:2:2 10-bit over HDMI. Panasonic also lists improved autofocus, image stabilization, LCD screen, and battery life. Panasonic also announced the development of the GH6.

It has 5 axis in-body image stabilization and utilizes the L mount lens system.

Panasonic announces the 6K/24p LUMIX S1H mirrorless camera

Panasonic has announced a version of their LUMIX S1 full frame mirrorless camera specifically designed for video filming that can record video at 6K/24p (3:2 aspect ratio), 5.9K/30p (16:9 aspect ratio), and 10-bit 60p 4K/C4K. The S1H also features V-Log/V-Gamut with a dynamic range of 14+ stops, XQD, and SD card slots and a 252-area DFD AF system.

Panasonic announces LUMIX S series full frame mirrorless cameras

Panasonic has announced their new S1 and S1R full frame mirrorless cameras. The S1R has a 47.3 MP full-frame CMOS sensor while the LUMIX S1 comes with a 24.2 MP version. Both feature the L mount lens standard and offer video recording at 4K 60p/50p with the S1 capable of 4:2:2 10-bit 4K 30p/25p internal video recording and 4K 60p/50p HDMI output as well as V-Log, with an optional software upgrade key that will follow later in the year.
