The fifth annual SNUPS contest is now open for registration. The shootout is being held at two venues: At Cebu from 1 to 4 May and at Batangas from 8 to 11 May. The contest is open to amateur photographers only and there is a special early bird registration fee available to those registering before 15 April for the Cebu leg and 22 April for the Cebu leg.
