New products from Nauticam
Nauticam has recently released a series of new products. These include a new white balance dome port, a 4.33” mini dome, a housing for the Nikon SB-R200 speedlight and a port/adapter to allow the use of the Nikkor 60mm lens with the innovative Inon micro semi-fisheye relay lens.
The new products in more detail are:
This is essentially a dome port with a series of white translucent blades that can be closed and opened with an external adjuster. With the blades closed, and the port pointing at ambient light, white balance can be calibrated. The idea is that this will allow for quick and easy white balancing as ambient light conditions change. The port will work in both still and video modes.
This housing is designed for the Nikon SB-R200 speedlight, which is part of the Nikon Creative Lighting system. The speedlight uses i-TTL, which allows for exposure compensation of each speedlight via independent metering of each pre-flash. Most Nikon cameras with a built-in flash can be used as controllers for the system, via fiber-optic links and the optical port on camera housings.
Small acrylic dome port for close focus wide-angle and travel use. Available from August.
This adapter allows the use of the Nikkor 60mm AF f2.8 with the Inon insect eye endoscope lens (Inon micro semi-fisheye relay lens UFL-MR130.)
